George A. Gibbons (Gibby), 74, passed away on Monday, October 21st 2024. Gibby was the beloved Significant other of Nancy Brimmer for nearly 27 years.
Gibby served in the US Army National Guard as a Sergeant E5 for 5 years and also as a union construction foreman for most of his life. He enjoyed being a member of the Italian Social Club in Warren, RI, as well as traveling and collecting watches. He loved a great yard sale/flea market.
Gibby was well-loved by many.
George Gibbons leaves behind two sons, Nicholas and Zachary Gibbons, as well as the Brimmer family.
He will be laid to rest at the Veterans Cemetery in Exeter, RI on Saturday, November 2nd at 11 am. Family and friends are welcome.
